UNIQ®SPERSE FA 625 is wetting and dispersing additive for all kind of pigments in water- and solvent-based systems, especially for decorative coatings and preparation of universal pigment concentrates including compatibility for long oil alkyd resins. Furthermore the additive can give colour acceptance and works as a compatibilizer.

Amount of solid additive based on pigment (SOP):

- Inorganic pigments: 0.5 – 10%
- Organic pigments: 5 – 25%
- Base Paints: 0.2 – 1,5%

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation and needs to be optimized by testing.
Best viscosity reduction properties will be obtained when the pH of the final colorant is adjusted to 8 – 8.5
