UNIQSPERSE LP4540N

is a wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coating systems to disperse inorganic pigments, like calcium carbonate, kaolin, dolomite, magnesium hydroxide, mice, talcum, titanium dioxide etc.
UNIQ®SPERSE LP4540N can be used as supplied. The pH of the final paint preparation the pH should be adjusted to 8-8.5 to achieve the maximum storage stability.

For the best performances the additive should be incorporated into the millbase before addition of the pigments.

Amount of solid additive on pigment (SOP):

Inorganic pigments	Titanium dioxide	Organic pigments	Carbon Black pigments
0.2 -2.0%	0.2 – 2.0%

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation and needs to be optimized by testing.

The product is available in 25 kg can, 250 kg drum and 1200 kg IBC.

Shelflife

UNIQ CHEM

The product should be stored in a cool dry place above 5 °C. The performance is not impacted at lower temperature, but re-heating and mixing is recommended. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 3 years from the date of manufacture.
